Minimum stay : 3 nights.

   Arrival any day of the week.

   Payment: 25 % (or 50% for longterm rental and private owned apartments) deposit is required to confirm booking (of which 100 euros are non-refundable).

   Balance is due 60 days prior arrival.

   Cancellation:
   - 100 euros booking fee is non-refundable
   - 50 % cancellation fee applies between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival.
   - 100 % cancellation fee applies for 29 days and less prior to arrival.

   No refund for no show or anticipated departure.

   Taxes are included

   Check-in formalities : ID and credit card details are needed. Tenant is required to sign a deposit at time of booking or upon arrival.
