It is essential that
you carefully read and that you understand these Booking Conditions which
contain important information. They constitute the contract between the
Operator and you for the services provided. By booking with Paris Provence
and paying the deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and understood
and that you agree to be bound by these Booking Conditions.
1- Order confirmation
In order to confirm your chosen tour, a deposit of 25% of the total cost
(or full payment if you book less than 2 months before departure) must
be paid at the time of booking. The balance of the tour price is due 60
days prior to departure.
2- Cancellation by the Operator
The Operator reserves the right to cancel the departure and will advise
client in writing. Alternative arrangements will be proposed. If not acceptable,
the tour will be fully refunded. The Operator will not be liable under
any circumstances whatsoever for any claims made for any additional costs
incurred by client. In case of "Force majeure", the Operator
will not be liable for any delay in, change to or cancellation of trips.
Force Majeure means a circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the
Operator and includes but is not limited to war or threat of war, riot,
civil strike, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, disease, industrial
or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and strikes.
3- Cancellation by Customer
Should you or any member of your party need to cancel your chosen tour
once it has been confirmed, you must immediately advise us in writing.
The date when written confirmation of cancellation is received will determine
the charges applicable. the following charges apply:
More than 60 days - NZ 350 non -refundable
booking fee per person
Between 59 and 30 days - 30%
29 days or less - 100%
Depending on your reason for cancellation, these charges may be recoverable
under your insurance policy. No refunds will be made if you leave a trip
for any reason after the trip has begun.
4- Changes by Customer
Should you wish to make any changes to your confirmed tour, you must notify
us in writing as soon as possible. Whilst we will endeavor to assist,
we cannot guarantee we will be able to meet any such requests. Where we
can, an amendment fee of NZ $ 350 per person will apply.
5- Complaints
If you have any complaint about your trip, you must report without delay
to the Operator or the supplier, who will normally be able to take appropriate
action. If you are not satisfied with their response and feel your enjoyment
of the holiday is likely to be significantly affected, you should notify
us in writing and we will do our best to resolve the problem. If at the
end of the trip you feel your complaint has not been properly dealt with,
you must notify us in writing within 30 days of the end of your trip.
6- Travel insurance
Travel insurance is compulsory. Your travel insurance must cover accidents,
medical expenses, including any related to pre-existing medical conditions,
emergency repatriation, and personal liability.
7- Health, fitness and trip grades
Carefully read the information on trips and take special note of trip
grades. The majority of trips are not demanding for people who are healthy
and reasonably fit. Trips graded 3 and 4 require a good level of fitness.
Please ensure you select a suitable holiday.
8- Disclaimer
Operator will not accept responsibility or liability for any passenger
who contravenes any law or regulation of France. Any independent arrangements
that you make that are not part of the itinerary are entirely at your
own risk.
