Booking terms and conditions

1. All arrangements are made subject to the following terms and conditions, and that the signature of the client, or authorised representative, on the booking form signifies acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these conditions.
2. A non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is payable at the time of booking, which will not be accepted without such a booking being made.
3. The remainder of the balance is payable 90 days prior to the commencement of the course. If the balance remains at that time frenchclass reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain any deposits paid in respect thereof.
4. Cancellation must be made in writing to frenchclass and must be made by the person whose signature appears on the booking form. Any such notice will become effective from the date of receipt by frenchclass.
Cancellation charges will be levied as follows:

Between 90 and 30 days prior 50%
Between 29 and 0 days prior 100%
5. Courses are based on an economic number of clients (6). Should the required number not be reached, frenchclass reserves the right to cancel the course up to four weeks prior to commencement. Should this happen frenchclass will offer you an alternative or make prompt refund of all Monies paid.
6. The price is based on tariffs and rates of exchange current at the time of publication and may be adjusted prior to the course commencement date.
7. frenchclass cannot accept any responsibility for any cancellations or effects on the course due to war, threat of war, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions.
8. frenchclass reserves the right to withdraw or modify at any time, the arrangements advertised for the accommodation or other services. In the circumstances where the frenchclass is unable to supply the course booked, an alternative course will be offered or all Monies, refunded.
9. Please note that we operate a no smoking policy inside the house.
10. frenchclass have taken all reasonable and proper care to ensure that correct arrangements have been made for the course/s represented herein; that the suppliers of the various services are efficient, safe and reputable and that they comply with local and national laws and regulations of the country in which they supply the services. frenchclass has no direct control over the provision of services to clients by suppliers.
11. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all necessary passports, visas and travelling documents are in order.
12. It is essential that the client have travel insurance. frenchclass is unable to take bookings without the necessary travel insurance have been arranged and proof thereof provided. Alternatively the client may provided an Insurance Disclaimer.
13. If any client should suffer death, illness or injury whilst overseas frenchclass will not accept any responsibility nor pay any compensation.
